Description

Waveoptics® Round Spiral Armored Drop Cable is ideal for Indoor/Outdoor including aerial and duct configurations.
The stainless steel spiral armor featured in this cable is lighter and boasts a smaller outer diameter. Moreover, it provides resistance against crushing, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions. These cable is also used for drop cable assembly, where consistency and uniformity are required for fast terminations to be used with standard cable termination tooling. Compared to conventional fiber optic cable armor, the stainless steel spiral armor featured in this cable is lighter and boasts a smaller outer diameter, enhancing flexibility. Riser LSZH Black Outer Jacket prevents the spread of flames, in case of fire. Its UV resistance ensures exceptional durability exposed to direct sunlight. Equipped with water blocking technology, this cable provides effective protection, making it ideal for adverse weather conditions and ensuring additional safety with its crush resistance and flame retardant rating.
