Flat Drop Fiber Optic Pigtail
The pigtail is a high-quality optical assembly manufactured using custom connectors and correct fusion splicing to accommodate another fiber cable in a tray, rack or splice closure. Flat drop cable assemblies are designed to simplifying the the transition from outdoor environment to an indoor Optical Network Terminal (ONT). It can be installed in aerial or duct installations.
These factory preterminated flat drop pigtails are the industry standard for existing FTTx installations. All pigtails are video inspected to ensure connector end-faces are free of defects and contamination.
